Mr. Raghuvanshi possesses an exemplary academic record, achieving distinction and first division from school through to the master’s level. He earned his M.Sc. in Physics with First Division from Delhi University, following the completion of his B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics from the same institution, also with First Division. He successfully passed the esteemed CSIR-JRF and NET Exam in June 2003. He completed both his Secondary and Senior Secondary Exams with distinction. Prior to embarking on his career in the legal field, Mr. Raghuvanshi served as an Assistant Professor of Physics at Delhi University, College where he instructed undergraduate students in the subject of Physics. After his LL.B., from prestigious University of Delhi. He was shortly associated with the office of ASG, Government of India and AAG for Rajasthan at the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Mr. Raghuvanshi is committed to expanding his knowledge and refining his skills in various area of human quest. To enhance his knowledge and skills in Finance and Banking, he attended the Executive Program at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, IIM, Ahmedabad, where he successfully completed the Executive Program in Business Finance.

Abhinav S. Raghuvanshi, is a seasoned Advocate-on-Record & Mediator at the Supreme Court of India, possessing over 15 years of extensive experience in Litigation & Arbitration. He was admitted to the Delhi Bar Council in the Year’2010, after completing his LL.B. from prestigious Delhi University. He is regularly practising before Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and numerous Tribunals, including DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT, CAT, and DIAC.

Mr. Raghuvanshi is widely acknowledged for his expertise in the areas of Constitutional law, Civil law, Corporate & Commercial litigation, Service & Labour disputes, Banking & Recovery cases, Insolvency & Bankruptcy cases, and White-Collar Crimes, which include cases related to Money laundering, Corruption and Cybercrime. He has extensive experience in the representation of both Public and Private entities in some of the High-stake Arbitration Cases, Regulatory Disputes and complex Civil Dispute matters.

He represents his clients as Counsel before the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, ED Tribunal and has represented prestigious government and quasi-government bodies, including the Union of India, State of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India, Rajasthan Financial Corporation, and Delhi Development Authority (DDA), in his capacity as Panel Counsel.
